The aim of the study is to investigate effects exercise on cardiovascular system and especially understand relationship between endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) exercise. Health sciences publications 2003 2023 were searched 8 different databases used, examining results studies in current literature, how activates EPCs, its these their potential mechanisms are summarized. Özet Çalışmanın amacı, egzersizin kardiyovasküler sistem üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmak ve özellikle endotel progenitör hücreler ile egzersiz arasındaki ilişkiyi anlamaktır. Sağlık bilimleriyle ilgili 2003-2023 yılları arasında yapılan yayınlar taranmış farklı veri tabanı kullanılmış olup, mevcut literatürdeki araştırmaların sonuçlarını inceleyerek EPC'leri nasıl harekete geçirdiği bu etkileri potansiyel mekanizmaları özetlenmiştir. Egzersiz protokolü, yoğunluk süre açısından farklılıklar gözlenmiştir. Egzersizin, damar sağlığı üzerinde olumlu etkilerinin olduğunu gösteren çalışmaların yanı sıra yoğunlukları süreleri ilişki hala belirsizdir. Anjiyogenezin anahtar belirteci olan VEGF hücrelerin yüzey kan damarı büyümesini düzenlemede kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Kardiyovasküler hastalığı kişilerde, periferik kana mobilizasyonunda terapötik potansiyeli henüz net değildir. Bu nedenle, çalışma, faktörlerine sahip erişkinlerde sağlıklı bireylerde EPH'lerin dolaşım seviyelerinde tek tekrarlayan değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, daha iyi anlamak için fiziksel aktivite anjiyogenez ayrıntılı şekilde önemlidir. çalışmalar, hastalıkların tedavisi önlenmesinde aktivitenin potansiyelini anlamamıza yardımcı olacaktır.
